Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, right in the heart of Negril with easy access to restaurants and activities. The rooms, though noisy due to the main road, were surprisingly adorned with beautiful towel art by the talented housemaid Laden. However, they didn't quite match the pictures online. The service was friendly overall, but a bit slow and the male bartender could have been more welcoming. The dining experience was satisfactory, but the meals took a while to arrive. The facilities were decent, though lacking some expected amenities.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant and not so great experiences. The rooms had some amenities like a little refrigerator and a coffee pot, but not everything was perfect, there was a strange smell like smoke. However, the patio with two chairs surrounded by garden plants was a nice touch.
The hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were spacious with a verandah, they looked nothing like what we reserved and felt dark and outdated without proper amenities. However, the service was friendly but slightly overpriced, needing improvement in customer service. The location was great for privacy and strolling around, but service could be slow. The dining offered delicious Jamaican cuisine but with limited options available. The facilities were decent but with some areas for improvement.
I absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are very clean, and the food is amazing. The lush surroundings of trees and flowers make you feel like you're on an island getaway with your loved one. It's a real hidden gem!
The hotel offers OK rooms with comfortable beds and good cleanliness, yet some maintenance issues need attention. The service was pleasant and professional despite challenges, but the staff remained friendly and provided good service. The location is fantastic, steps away from the beach with plenty of dining options nearby. The dining experience was impressive with delicious Jamaican cuisine. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location right on the 7-mile beach was fantastic, and the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. However, the room didn't match the description and was quite basic. The lack of an iron and the washroom door taking up space were minor inconveniences.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were always clean and comfy, but a bit thin-walled. The housekeeping, though close, was sometimes noisy. The service was friendly, and the location, despite lacking an ocean view, was good with easy access to Negril's Seven Mile Beach. The dining experience was satisfying, although a bit slow at times.
